Carmichael Construction has expertise in virtually every type of building project including conventional construction (minimum to heavy industrial) and steel frame (Varco-Pruden) buildings.
Carmichael Construction has developed a wide range of in house capabilities, including the use of computer-based design, estimating, scheduling and AutoCAD. This allows the company to check or create specifications for every aspect of the construction project, from the size of anchor bolts, to foundation designs and structural variables such as widths, clearances, and load additions. Carmichael can also plot and turn out plans or modifications as needed, avoiding multi-location turnaround delays.

History
Carmichael Construction has been a family-owned company since 1943. Five generations of Hamburger family have worked in the company, while there is currently three generations actively working in the business. The continuity of family ownership remains a vital part of our character today.
